What is the “Startup” period?

TCG understands that the initial product installation is a critical time. You want your new product to work as expected. However, sometimes unexpected problems do occur, and we are here to support you. If you discover that a product has a factory defect or malfunction within the first 30 days, we will replace it.

What’s Covered?

EWP covers each product and warrants them to be free from defects in workmanship, under normal use and service, for the defined period of time from the date of purchase by the first end-user. Under this warranty, you can choose to have the product repaired or replaced if it fails to perform according to the OEM’s published specifications during the warranty period.

Standard factory warranty terms apply to EWP. The warranty does not cover software or damage to the product caused by modification, alteration, misapplication, misuse of, or physical abuse to the product; or damage due to repair or service to the product by anyone other than an Authorized Service Center. This warranty also excludes any damage to the product caused by circumstances outside of TCG control, such as, but not limited to, lightning or fluctuation in electrical power.
