Collaborative Solution Development

Our in-house team and external software partners can create custom solutions built from commercial off-the-shelf products to satisfy your unique design requirements in specific government mission areas. These include Asset/Property management, package/mailroom tracking, and other office automation areas such as file folder or document archival tracking systems. For example, we can supply a mobile computer with a custom front-end data collection program that interfaces seamlessly to your current database package. Our team will meet with you, listen to your requirements, and customize an existing package to meet your specific needs. This saves you time and money, while still providing flexibility.

Most products we send you come through TCG’s Global Configuration Center, located in the Baltimore–Washington corridor. You aren’t getting products just drop-shipped from an unlabeled warehouse. We personally build, test, configure, and ship solutions that are guaranteed to work. You benefit from less DOA’s, easier onsite product installation, and a quality control system that is hard to beat. You don’t have to worry about DOA equipment issues, wrong interface cable types, or wrong shipment quantities—just about everything we ship is fully pretested and configured at our GCC.
